Speaker: Alaina Goodman, Practice Lead for Compensation Connections
Attendees will learn about the Project Management Iron Triangle, the 5 phases of Project Management, simple ways to keep a project on track, and why conducting Lessons Learned is the best tip of them all.
Alaina serves as a Practice Lead for Compensation Connections. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, she was the Compensation Program Manager for the City of Seattle. In addition to her public-sector experience, Alaina worked with non-profit organizations in roles spanning operations, leadership, project management, change management, and technology. She brings a systems-thinking approach to her work and is passionate about fostering positive organizational cultures. Alaina has a Master of Arts in Counseling and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
