Joe Ziomek
Consulting Partner at Mercer: Total Rewards Strategy, Compensation and Talent Management
Joe is a Partner with Mercer’s Career business and is based in our Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in July 2010 after receiving his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School, where he focused on Strategy and Human Resources.
In his time at Mercer, Joe has worked on a wide range of engagements across our Career practice, including workforce rewards, executive rewards, talent management and communication. His work has spanned multiple industries, including healthcare, nonprofits, insurance, real estate, retail, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, entertainment and hospitality.
Joe has completed two rotations in Mercer’s Canada market. Joe also previously coordinated campus recruiting for Mercer Career across North America. Prior to business school, Joe worked in fine dining restaurants for five years, including as a sommelier at the world-renowned Alinea Restaurant in Chicago. Joe earned his B.A. in Psychology and French from Northwestern University.
